When I asked for a recommendation for an agent in Toronto to help me purchase my first home, my only specification was that I was looking to work with someone that I could ask my (countless!!) questions too without feeling inexperienced to the process - this was a new experience for me, and I wanted to learn from it and work mindfully as a team with my agent. Gianna came recommended and I cannot stress how much she made my home buying experience easy and fun. Because of the nature of the purchase - a very cool condo, with a fast turnaround - the process moved along very quickly, but Gianna was reassuring and made me feel confident in the decision, and I am SO happy with my place. I commented to her that I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was, she and her team made it completely stress-free. 
 Gianna is responsive, thoughtful, and personable when it came to working together. She is tenacious and honest, so I felt lucky to have her on my team! Upon closing, we encountered some minor issues with a needed repair, and the seller’s unresponsive (awful) agent. Gianna and her team resolved the issue for me quickly - so that I could go back to enjoying my beautiful new home!
