Well...I did it! I listed my condo on Feb. 16 and the most amazing realtor in the world, Glen Hopkins of Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty got it sold in record time. He is a genius at marketing and selling. He held off on accepting offers until Feb. 22. I received 11 offers and sold that same day, WAY OVER list price. I was away in Mexico while the 33 showings took place....yes, 33! I flew home on the 25th and now am busy packing up to be out of my condo in just 2 weeks. I bought a beachfront condo in Mazatlan.
