Glenn reviewed all of our options re selling and put together a plan that was professional and realistic. This included staging and much personal assistance as we are seniors. When the offers came in during a slower market he skillfully negotiated a price that was fair and pleasing. We also purchased in the previous July our new retirement home through Glenn in a somewhat tight market. Again Glenn negotiated a decent agreement with needed speed and efficiency. We would not consider using a different realtor as Glenn is skilled, he is patient and he is on top of market trends.
