Grace is amazing! There were so many times the market didn't have exactly what I wanted but she persevered and I am so happy with my little gem! She was extremely responsive and went the extra mile with creativity for me: whenever I started to adapt or hone in on to what I wanted, she would find comparables and other similar listings that I might not have considered.
