Grace really helped us to get a condo rental and it was within our budget and the landlord was also happy with the deal. She explained all the pros and cons of each unit. She was really helpful when we had a issue with one of the apartment when it was not up to standards as mentioned in the lease and helped us to sort out all the legal formalities.
