My opinions on realtors were changed after working with Grant Bond. Previously I always thought It was a waste of money to use a realtor but, because of Grant 's knowledge and experience, we were able to price our home at the absolute best price and that resulted in us getting eight offers during the first week. Most of the offers were for over our asking price. While meeting to review all the offers, is when I really understood the value of having an experienced realtor. The offers had such an incredible variety of conditions and, without a realtor to help us understand the real estate industry lingo and business practices, we may have accepted a problematic offer. We accepted the best offer and Grant then quickly closed the deal and stuck with us through all the remaining steps that are required to sell, purchase and make the move. Thank you Grant Bond!
