Do not use these people for any real estate transactions. They are untrained, unprofessional, and very unethical. They with held rent monies from us. They conspired with the plumbers to cheat us out of thousands of dollars worth of damages. They broke the law and tried to get us to break the law. If you have a deal pending with these people or any of their agents, simply walk away, you will be better off finding an honest broker, not a scammer.
