Greg has been a stalwart and faithful guide through this very challenging and complex process. From the very first meeting where he listened carefully to our needs and desires; the diligent search for appropriate properties; the deep research on the properties and the guidance through the many things to consider; the securing of a home inspector, a notary public, title search and good counsel on the negotiation for sale final details, etc were all thoughtful, timely and very helpful. We had to travel several hundred miles from where we now live to where Greg found us our new home, so he was very mindful of doing what we could on line and willing to work on our tie schedule, not make us work on his.
