I tried to put in an offer TWICE and he completely ignored me and my agent TWICE. He ended up selling the house $5,000 under what we were offering. Absolutely unprofessional. If you want to sell your house maybe find an agent that will actually try.

Kate I empathize with you. It’s difficult when 7 bidders all narrow in on one property at once and your offer is not chosen! That’s frustrating!!
However, there is much to much you do not know about any deal where you are operating through an agent to another agent to support a drive by business assignation attempt such as your anonymous feedback provided here aims to do.
I have never met you. You have not spoken with my client to understand their objectives nor do you know the details of the 6 other offers tabled.
Cardinal rule in life - treat others as you wish to be treated.
Cardinal rule when bidding on real estate that’s competitive - have your offer on paper, submit your offer on time, have the least conditions, best terms, most desirable possession, highest deposit, best price, and lowest financing ratio you can.
I wish you well in your search for a home. And I forgive you your trespass.
