I tried to put in an offer TWICE and he completely ignored me and my agent TWICE. He ended up selling the house $5,000 under what we were offering. Absolutely unprofessional. If you want to sell your house maybe find an agent that will actually try.

Cardinal rule in life - treat others as you wish to be treated. Cardinal rule when bidding on real estate that’s competitive - have your offer on paper, submit your offer on time, have the least conditions, best terms, most desirable possession, highest deposit, best price, and lowest financing ratio you can.
