Mr Paliwal helped me purchase a condo wherein I lived for 4 years and then he subsequently helped me sell the property. Through that process, I noted the following qualities about him: 1) Genuine Care: Throughout the buying process, the one thing that became evident to me was that I am a very picky person. Over a period of four long months, we visited an average of ~5 condos a week and by the end of it, I was getting tired and almost ready to give up, but throughout that process, not only was Mr Paliwal extremely patient with me, but also a huge positive reinforcement constantly reminding me that we will not settle for anything short of perfect. Over a period of one month, we barely lost ~2 viewings due to the official policy, when we risked losing the majority of them! Shrewd Negotiator: Whether it was during the buying or selling time, in spite of all the data being against us, Mr Paliwal got me the $ figure that was the goal in my mind. He would spare me the details of how he did it, what did he have to say, what did he have to hear, what ancillary projects he had to offer up, etc., but he would get me the $ target.
