Reply: Hi Ben, Do I know you? Why write something that is not true? Reply: I contacted my property managers and we called everyone of my tenants to see if everyone is satisfied and happy with their units and they are all happy. My properties are in great neighbourhoods and are extremely well kept and continuously being maintained. However, if you are a tenant who can't meet their contractual obligations and want to terminate lease without sufficient notice then, I as a business owner, can't accept that. I spend time and money to have my units occupied and as tenant you have to provide sufficient notice to vacate the unit. You are upset because I am asking for sufficient notice and that makes me slum landlord? Good luck in the future and I hope you learn to have some ethics. I am excellent Real Estate Broker, I take care of my clients and their interest. I also do whatever it takes to keep my tenants happy.
