When we met up, Harman talked to me as both a friend and professional regarding the selling of my home. We discussed the competition within the neighborhood, pros and cons of my property, and what would best work to sell my home in today's challenging market. Not once did I feel Harman thought of my property as just as 'house' throughout this whole process. He knew it was a home from start to finish. I had a few things that needed to be fixed up prior to selling the house and Harman provided me with individuals that did the work at a fair price and did a really great job as well. He helped me understand how to best stage my property for the buyers to feel the warmth of my home both on-line and in-person when they viewed it. I followed his intuition and expertise with setting up the house to put on the market and we ended up having multiple offers and received over asking price within a week of putting the house on the market. As a seller, I'm sure you can agree that this was the best case scenario that anyone could have ended up with. I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with.
