I hired Harry on the recommendation of a friend. During the first meeting (in which I had a friend with me), he was calm, professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. At the end of the meeting I said I wanted to think about it overnight, and when he was walking away, my friend said "Just hire him!" My house is quite old so I knew it wasn't going to sell as easily as a brand new house. Harry was extremely patient with all my questions (I've lived in this house for 40 years and this was my first house sale) and answered all my emails promptly. Harry was also cognizant of what was going on for me and did his best to make things as easy as possible for me. I was ecstatic when that red sold sign was put on his realtor sign on my lawn. As the house I purchased was through a private sale, I didn't need Harry's services for this. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harry for your real estate needs.
