Referred to Heather through another realtor (friend in GTA). Outlined what we were looking for and made an appointment week (we came in from Edmonton) saw 5 homes from original set list and a couple more that became available while on the ground. Selected one got offer in place had home inspection done found to be possible mold issues in attic. That deal got voided and we went to our backup and got a deal done. Everything done through email. Simple, straightforward and she even lined up a lawyer for closing. Will be 3 years this July.
