Heather Shingler is AMAZING! I contacted Heather, as she was recommended to me by my cousin who had the good fortune of having her as his real estate person and found exactly what he wanted! So, I thought this is the person for me. When I first contacted Heather, she was really energetic and upbeat. It was really important for her to listen to my story and get to know me, as well as help me pick rental units that would fit the cost, lifestyle and area I wanted. She would offer suggestions of places through the on-line tool she uses that collates your preferences and shows you those that fit -- marvelous and so user friendly. Heather is very kind and caring. I lived about 3 hours away. So, she made sure that I could get viewings of rental units for the time that would work for me. I was so glad of her help navigating me through all the paperwork involved in securing a rental unit. There is a lot!! But, she had it all organized and easy to follow. She is no pressure -- just wants her clients to be happy with their choices. And, I was thrilled that she helped me find a place that is perfect! I am so glad of her suggestions and also making sure I had all the correct documents so that there were no problems. Heather's attitude is fantastic and she has a great sense of humour, too. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her work and works tirelessly -- doesn't matter what time I contacted her, she would always get back to me quickly. I am so grateful to Heather for her help.
