We required a super hands-on realtor as we have such busy schedules. Hilary knew our criteria and personally sent us anything that came on the market that might work for us. She was so responsive, professional, understanding, and never ever pushed us one way or another. Always told us what she thought the house was worth and what it would likely sell for and how fast it would sell. Gave us the pros and cons of every decision. She was an absolute godsend. And to top it all off she gave a portion of her commission to a charity of our choice! We went through a few Realtors before we finally found her and couldn't have been happier with our decision.
