I got to know about Hiren through a WhatsApp group, after which I approached him and he offered a meeting. After meeting him I was pretty clear that I would like to go with him. Many of my friends referred me to their own realtors, but still, I wanted to go with the one who I feel is genuine and transparent. He was always available and ready to show houses the same day. He also suggested what to look for in a house, and what things we should be careful about. I knew a lot about real estate before meeting him and I can say that Hiren didn't push me for any property for his own benefit, but always kept the benefit of his client (me). He knew it was our first house and what it means to me. We are friends now and I'm pretty sure I will be using his services for any future real estate deals. He shows both sides of the coin and not just the brighter one. This gives a true perspective about a property or a neighborhood. He, not only was present throughout the buying and closing process but also helps in any query that I may have as a new house owner. He is always ready to come to help. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for their dream home as it's really hard to find people these days who put their client's interests first over theirs.
