My wife and I were struggling to search for a home ourselves, and decided to reach out to Hussein to see if he could help us look for our first home. Right away we could see that he has great communication skills, he was very responsive for any questions we had or anytime we needed to reach him. He helped us decide on the specifics regarding the home we were looking for. He also provided us with resources that gave us a better perspective of what type of homes would fit within our budget based off of our income. He explained to us how to also look at resale value of those homes rather than just the current cost. After that, he provided us with access to One-Portal (which was used to do our own search’s) as well as a way for him to recommend homes to us. Our first day of viewing we visited over 8 houses, Hussein was very calm and collected, explained to us what was good and bad about each of the houses. He was very helpful, especially when it came time for us to bid on some houses that we liked, and we finally have had the chance to settle down in the home he helped us purchase in this crazy market. Will definitely look forward to working with him again in the future.
