The experience was easy and stress free, Hussein priced the home so perfectly that we had 4 showings the first day, of which we received 3 offers, all this on the first day on the market. Hussein was an excellent negociator, he helped me get a firm sale just a few days after, with his expertise, he picked the best potential buyer and the deal was done. I was NOT expecting to sell my house that fast, it was an unexpected surprise. I could tell he cared for me as if I was family, he is very responsive and available for any questions.
