We had a fantastic experience working with Huzefa Burmawala to secure our rental home at 209 Rivertree Street, Kanata, for $3,250 per month. From the beginning, Huzefa was professional, knowledgeable, patient and extremely responsive. He took the time to understand our requirements, guided us through the rental process and made sure we understood every step. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. From arranging the property viewing to preparing the application and coordinating with the landlord, Huzefa handled everything with great care and professionalism. We truly appreciated his dedication, honesty and commitment to helping us find the right home. We would highly recommend Huzefa to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy real estate professional in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Thank you, Huzefa, for making our rental experience such a positive one! 🏡🔑
