Reply: Thanks, Ed And Melinda for the kind feedback. It was a pleasure to deal with the both of you on the sale of your home in Timberlea. I realize it was frustrating at times as we had two offers, unable to get financing. But like they say the third time was a charm. If you need anything in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. All the best. Ian.
