I hired Ian Angus because I knew that he was very familiar to the area and will not hesitate to call on him again in five years when I will need a realtor. Although he did not always answer his phone ( but really who does ) he always returned my calls promptly which was comforting when my wife and I had questions.Selling your home can be stressful and it was comforting to have an agent that was very good at managing our expectations.
