Totally unethical. Did not disclose to seller that his buyer had conditions to sell their home and unethically withheld this information on the offer. After 30 days provided to obtain a house inspection, Ian disclosed they haven't sold their house yet therefore, won't remove their inspection condition. I am reporting this realtor to the association as this is clearly a violation to the realtors code of ethics. We would have never accepted an offer with a subject to sell condition and as a result we lost out on the purchase of our new home and the loss of qualified buyers during this lengthy 30 day inspection period.
