Ian is an agent that only cares for himself. We had an expensive home. He had our house staged and then 3 weeks later cancelled it. At week 4 he started the high pressure bullying to lower our price. His comparables were not comparable. He stated a new steel roof, new concrete driveway and 1,400 sq ft heated garage did not add value. He told us his house was worth more than ours. He said nothing good about our house. That it needed updating. By week 6 we had our fill of him. When he did not come to the walk through for our new house we made the decision to end the listing using him. He bullied us over that. He interrupted our Christmas day because his sign fall off. 4 months after his listing expired he sent us a scathing, insulting, harassing email accusing us of being evil people. He is very unprofessional.
