When we sold our condo she helped us to organize the process, it was our first time selling so all her advises were very helpful! As a result, we got even more than expected ;) Purchasing a house was a different story. First of all, due to her experience she knew all about pros and cons of the areas and houses we were looking at which helped us to find a right one according to our family’s needs. Ina always worked with our schedule and found time if we wanted to see a house within next couple hours. She has exceptional communication skills and ability to find a special approach to every person. I should mention that during all this process I was very pregnant and we had pretty limited time to find a house, so I felt like we were a priority to her (but I am sure she makes all her customers feel the same ;)) And 3 weeks prior to my due date we had the offer signed! Even after we had purchased a house and moved in she was following up to make sure everything went well. I appreciate her attitude so much!
