She is professional with a sunny demeanour, honest and doesn't cut corners. She is proactive and very willing to take on tasks that would ease the burden for the client. There were times where I asked her to contact the notary or the mortgage broker on my behalf because I had other personal commitments. She happily took those on with a smile.
