Irina helped us to buy our first ever house. We were pleased with provided service and knowledge. Irina holds a first hand knowledge about house construction and renovation, and that knowledge came to a hand during house showings. She could provide cost estimations for some defects she found or changes we wanted, making the "go/no go" decision much easier and educated. We didn't feel any pressure as well, like we did with some other realtors. She just did a very good job of finding and showing us houses that we liked, while the decision to buy was totally ours. When we already was living in a house for a while and encountered issues, she was very responsive and suggested professionals who solved these issues. All in all we are happy we met Irina and worked with her. I would definitely recommend her as great realtor.
