Irina, she kept surprising us with the speediness of her attention. Seemed she was on top of everything even when she was on vacation during a segment of our process. Don't know how she manages to be so busy yet so attentive at our needs. She guided us throughout all the different processes with ease. Would recommend, she is extremely knowledgeable about Winnipeg neighbourhoods and that was especially helpful since we are recent arrivals to Winnipeg. 5 out of 5, would recommend!
