Irina is unlike most realtors. She has greater in-depth knowledge of condition, current standards, costs of upgrades and repairs, and strong opinions on the true value of a house vs the asking price. I met her as the selling realtor for a property, and her professionalism and candor immediately warmed me to her. She felt another listing of hers was a better fit for me, and she was right - but I made her show me 10 other properties before buying the house she knew was the fit for me that first day. Dealing with Irina was an absolute pleasure!
