You’re in good hands with Irina. She exceeded all of our expectations and goes above and beyond for her clients. She was not pushy and told us what to look for if a house had foundation issues and too many unforeseen exorbitant expenses. She had valuable insight on the approximate cost of renovations which was useful for us to decide on how much we could afford to bid on a house. She was always on time and readily available. We were able to find a house at a reasonable price. We are thankful that Irina kept us level-headed on what to reasonably bid on a house when we were starting to lose hope on getting a house. It’ll allowed us more freedom to make some renovations in the future. We enjoyed our house hunting with Irina and we are thankful to have found her!!
