Most of us at some point of life have a discussion with the friends about how the realtors are overpriced, even lazy or simply useless. Truth be told, some of them falls to this category, and I had an awful experience already. But let's talk about the great realtors and wonderful selling/buying experiences. Well, I know one person, GREAT REALTOR, who is absolutely BRILLIANT!!! YES, it's Irina Mierzewski. Why is she this great? First of all, I would like to tell you that we were selling our house with Irina. And on my experience, selling house is harder than buying. When you buy, you are in hunting euphoria to find your desired gem. You want to buy a palace for a price of, let's say, regular house:). Now, we turn the sides, and we are going to sell this place, especially in time when our economy is not this great, a lot of houses on a market, buyers are very picky, and they want exactly you wanted before, a palace but not pricy. Now, we have Irina on a stage:). Only she helped us to move on with our lives, sell the house and start a new chapter for our family. Why I said only she? It's because I had two realtors before her, and unfortunately, I was kinda loosing a hope. There are a lot to say about her professionalism, never ending energy, punctuality, marketing skills, ability to master a personal approach while working with the clients and the buyers' realtors. So, my advise to you, do not waste your time, call Irina Mierzewski now! Thank you, Irina, for everything: your patience with us, your fast delivery of the potential buyers' feedbacks, your care for our house when we were away! Thank you for selling it!
