We hired Iris to sell our rental in a down market which is difficult. However, she was not truthful on a few occasions such as telling us that the Cochrane market was moving along at the same pace as the Calgary market (false) and that the feedback from other agents was that the tenant did not keep the house to par (also not true, tenant was spotless) and that we should do a price drop. Basically Iris just reported negative feedback and did not try to sell the house, just do a price drop as she cannot negotiate. Anyone can be an agent in an up market, just skip Iris in a deflated market as she has no negotiating skills.
