I would highly recommend Ishtiaq Ahmed. I was most impressed with his You Tube video of the property. The way he virtually furnished the empty condo was very creative - as were the pictures of the building and surrounding wooded area. I know this depiction helped sell the condo. He was very professional. From the time we signed the offer to the sale, he kept us updated and explained any amendments and closing details. He calmed any worries that arose. Most important was the speed with which Ishtiaq completed the sale and for considerably over the asking price! I wish you good health and a successful 2020
