Found a condo that I couldn't have dream of getting any was not in my price range but Ishtiaq used his excellent negotiation skills to talk the price down to get it in my price range and made sure I was on board for the full transaction. He was not too pushy and was not pressuring me to buy. He made sure I was fully interested first then went about it and made sure he got what I wanted.
