He also organized each visit in a way that it would be most convenient for us to visit each house with respect to where they were located. I was truly in awe with how after time and time again he continued to develop very well thought out schedules that were jampacked with houses but also allowed us to have time to relax, debrief, stop for food and explore the surrounding neighbourhoods. Knowledge base: Ismail has a very well-resourced team behind him. Any question that we threw at him he had an answer to or a resource that he could very easily access that would be able to provide us with the answers we needed. He had a strong understanding for appropriate pricing and what would realistically sell in that market but would also be very receptive to hearing our thoughts on what an appropriate price would be and worked hard to advocate for us especially in a seller’s market. Ismail was eventually able to save us tens of thousands of dollars on our new property all because he took the time to listen to us, advocate on behalf of us, and negotiate with the seller’s agent effectively. Personality: every single day working with Ismail was a low stress, incredibly fun adventure. He brings so much humor, levity, and excitement every day. Despite the stressors that come with shopping for a new home Ismail worked tirelessly to ensure that he removed that burden off his clients, to make it as enjoyable of a process as possible.
