Ismail is kind, knowledgable, responsive and professional. He worked patiently with my daughter and her fiance, both full time college students, to find an apartment that would suit their needs and fell within their budget. He was very generous with his time and took them to visit as many properties as they wished to see. He was very attentive, and responded quickly to any emails, questions, or texts. He worked diligently to see things through to completion and made sure that every detail was addressed.
