As a first home buyer. Did not know where to stared. We got Ivan contact through on of our friend, we were worries at first to be honest. However, Ivan made a really good impression to us of being professional, explained every single details. Trying to book viewing all the houses for us, showed up on time. We did not know how to look for house, he guide us through. Even some houses have problem we could not recognize, he pointed out and give us some advise and lots of details information. If he was ‘that’ realtor, he could told us buying from the very first one we saw. However, he was so generous being honest about those houses. The market is really crazy now, so we lost quiet lots of houses. He kept us up and did not give up at all. Now I finally found my dream house. 🥰 If I could rate him 1000 started, I could. Thank you so much again Ivan, from the bottom of our heart ❤️
