Ivan is a fantastic realtor! He is very knowledgable, professional and patient. He made the purchase experience in the middle of a pandemic very easy and safe. He was available whenever we had a question or wanted to see a home. He kept reminding us to be patient when the right home comes along we will get it, never once did we feel pressure from him to make an offer. Now 3 months living in our new home and it is perfect!
