If I could award JJ more than a five star rating I would do so without hesitation. He dedicates himself to his clients with enthusiasm from beginning to end in selling their property for the best possible amount. In my case, I had an emergency admission to hospital and it was obvious that I could not return home. From the first meeting with JJ he worked tirelessly to prepare my home for sale including emptying the contents, arranging deep cleaning and painting while keeping me well informed. He removed a crushing load of stress from me. He even arranged insurance for my empty home and for my seniors residence location. He liaised with the company that cleared my snow and cut the grass to ensure the exterior of the house retained it's curb appeal. He even delivered my mail to me. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his marketing plan that included video footage of the interior and exterior of my home and drone footage of the neighbourhood. I would recommend this JJ for anyone looking for a first class realtor. As I am a senior and do not have internet, I have asked my life long friend to post this review and have approved it personally.
