We put together an informed and responsive offer strategy and got a place that was exactly right for us--and in fact better than we had any reason to hope for when we started the process. JJ is always forthright in his guidance, so we always felt we were in safe hands. He would not have let us do anything that would be bad for us. Our search was extremely efficient. JJ had a very clear understanding of exactly what we were looking for, so we only saw properties that we were willing to offer on. Not only was the final outcome of our search an ideal scenario, but it only took six weeks from viewing our first property to closing on the home of our dreams (on which we did not overpay, even in a competitive market, thanks to a sound offer strategy). I would recommend JJ to anyone, and if we're in the market again in the future as either buyers or sellers (or both), there is no one else I would even consider working with besides JJ.
