We worked with JP to sell our house in the Spring of 2022. I would estimate that JP’s service and advice generated an additional $75,000 and $100,000 on the sale of our house, through the following strategies: Timing of sale - We initially approached JP and suggested that we were wanting to sell our house in the summer of 2022. We thought that the market was going to keep going up at the pace that it was. Through JP’s advice, he let us know that the market was cooling and he recommended that we list our house as soon as possible, which we then did. Pricing – JP advised us to list our house below the price that we thought it would ultimately sell for, to generate interest and multiple bids. Staging – JP and Joanna had great advice with respect to how we should stage our home – what was important to do and what would not be value added. The outcome from working with JP was that our house sold on the first weekend that we listed for $50,000 over list price, with multiple offers. We know that JP’s advice generated significant value for us because some of the comparable homes that were selling at the same time as our house were still listed and unsold three months later (and had been marked down in price significantly). We highly recommend JP and Joanna and would definitely work with them again on our next purchase or sale.
