I used JT to try and buy an apartment and could not be happier with the service he provided. Right from the start he was attentive and professional. Within a week of messaging him I had an accepted offer on a Calgary apartment. He arranged everything from the condo document review to the inspection which he was on site for. He went out of his way to give me a virtual tour of every property I was interested in. There was absolutely nothing more he could’ve done to help me find what i was looking for. I was searching for out of town so he made a stressful situation as easy as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about the level of service i received. Would definitely recommend/use again!
