Comparing Jack to other Realtors I have used over the years, Jack comes out on top! I thought you listed with a realtor because that was the best way to sell a property and a realtor would look after the legalities of a sale. I now know a good realtor is more than this, he can make a sale happen. I wish I knew Jack when I purchased my existing home!
