We recently worked with Jackson Young and were left very disappointed with the overall experience. Our home did not sell, but we did purchase a new property through him. Despite earning a substantial commission on that transaction, he did very little to assist us in the process. Beyond a quick “congratulations,” there was no meaningful follow-up or token of appreciation, which is something most realtors provide to acknowledge their clients. When I raised this concern directly with him, his response was inconsistent. On the phone, he said that he “doesn’t always do that,” and seemed surprised I had reached out. Later, in an email, he contradicted that by saying he normally waits until “the dust settles” before doing anything for his clients. Six weeks have now passed since we moved in, and we have not heard from him again. Overall, we found the lack of professionalism, follow-up, and appreciation extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Jackson Young to others.
