Jacob Defeo is hands down the best agent that we have ever worked with. This is not just because he found us the perfect place (we had a viewing before it was even listed), or because he made genuinely great suggestions during negations. He also has extensive knowledge of the Okanagan area and seems to have a great team backing him. But add on the fact that he genuinely likes to help, always gets more information, was endlessly patient as we had 7 or 8 viewings and makes himself available.
