He also did some literal digging, when the seller couldn't find someone to dig up their septic tank lid for inspection, which was incredibly generous and above and beyond his duties. We never felt any pressure with Jake to sign a deal; the goal always remained in sight, to find the right home, no matter how many visits or how long it took.
