Jake is a true professional, my experience with him was amazing. I was not from the area and was in no rush to buy, actually I did not buy for 5 years. Jake had the patients to stay with me and continued to send me listings and stay in touch. My mother was in a retirement home near my old residence, which made it hard to move to the Quinte area. She passed away about three years ago and I am now in my home living in Quinte west. I'm very happy with the home and property that Jake helped me obtain. Jake always made me feel he was on my side and wanted what was best for me, more so as a friend than an agent. Out of the numerous houses we saw over the years, I'm now in the house for me.
