Jake is a great professional. I found him to be knowledgeable and having a great attitude. He was responsive to all queries and answered them promptly He offered good advise on how to list and expected rentals in the building/area. He did a great job of listing the rental which got viewing requests immediately. The rental unit got leased within 10 days of him listing it. He did the checks for the tenant and forwarded to us for our review and consent. All paperwork went smoothly and unit was leased without any hassle.
