I found James through a friend of mine. I was re-listing my home as I had no success with my original listing and I really needed someone that could sell. I was also already moved away to another city so I desperately needed someone that I could trust that was willing to take time to go to my property and make sure it is in good shape. After chatting few times with James I felt he sounded promising and I let him know the kind of realtor I was looking for and what my expectation was, he gladly accepted my requests. Sure enough he kept his promise and frequently checked my property to ensure it is in its best shape for viewing, he followed up with buyer after every viewing and gave me update. Within three months he was able to secure a buyer for me, unfortunately the inspector found a problem with my house, James went above and beyond and referred a contractor to me that would charge less than if I went with someone else and we got the problem fixed and in the end it was win win for me and the buyer. I strongly recommend James to anyone that is looking for a realtor, he is really personally, approachable, most importantly he keep his promises, and he will keep you informed. This was a very important factor when i was looking for a good realtor.
