James Dwyer is a really professional down-to-earth realtor. My wife and I were searching for a home in HRM from another province and as we choose our favorites, James would visit them and give us the pros and cons of each (this really helped in a world where every home picture was photo-shopped to look amazing). When we arrived in HRM to view homes and ultimately to choose one, James highlighting important aspects of homes and the homes real value. This was our first home and we had no real clue on the process, but James made us feel comfortable and well-informed and promptly answered any of our questions. I had recommended James to a friend of ours at the same time we were buying and they are also extremely pleased.
